We will only accept a devolution if the case arrives to the destiny broken, so make sure you take a photo and send it to me. If that happens, you could choose between being sent another mug or the full refund of your money :)

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

When will I recieve my order?
To offer you the best service we ship with certificated post service - that means you will have a tracking number and it will arrive to you faster.
· EUROPE: 3 to 5 business days
· USA: 6 to 9 business days
· Any other place: 15 to 20 business days
Note that the business days don't include weekends or holidays. These are the estimated time that the post service give us.
Please understand that we have NO CONTROL on the shipping time. We always try our best to send your items as soon as we can but we don't own the shipping company and we can't control if they delay our shipment - we will help you to contact the post office if your item have not arrived on the estimated time.
